Job Quest Ninja - Start: Guild in Amatzu

Weapons for ninja

He/she uses a throwing knife and dagger.
  1. Shuriken/Kunai: Those are throwing weapons and their attack power is being calculated differently. One easy-to-learn ability is the handling of the Shuriken. The damage of single strikes is strengthened and this weapon type has enough attack speed in order to cause satisfactory damage. Regarding the Kunai weapons, there are differences according to the features. Thus, you can cause different effects by using different Kunai weapons. Furthermore, there is the special Huuma Shuriken which immediately causes damage when being thrown.

  2. Daggers: Ninja can use Daggers specially made for their class as well as the normal ones.

  3. An arm guard: Ninja receive a special Arm Guard instead of a shield which doesn't restrain their mobility.


Skill of Ninja

Ninja can develop in two directions depending on their skills:
  1. Ninja who are using Throwing Knives - Ninja who decide to search their strength in the usage of Shuriken, Kunai and Daggers can attack from a long range and use different active skills. In addidtion to that, they can as well appear or disapper right in front of their enemies and harm them with melee attacks.

  2. Ninja who focus on the Art of Stealth - This kind of Ninja fighters is being taught in the Art of Stealth which is similar to a Thiefs/Rogue powers, so he can strike in various scopes and cause rapid attacks on enemies. They can as well appear or disappear right in front of their enemies and harm them with melee attacks.

  3. The Final Skill of the Ninja - This skill is only given to a Ninja when he has reached a certain level in the usage of the Art of Stealth and Throwing Knives.

The skill's level affects the numbers of attack for a use. However, the total damage amount will be divided into the numbers of monsters that were dealt with the skill.

Gunslinger

Job quest Gunslinger - Start: Gunslinger guild in Einbroch

Weapons of the Gunslinger

  1. Revolver: This weapon is meant for dual Gunslingers who hold Guns in both hands. It benefits from high attack speed and can cause strikes in rapid succession. The available skills mainly base on a series of skills called Chain Action and Trigger Happy Shot which enable a series of 5 consecutive shots. 'Desperado' can additionally cause lethal damage to all enemies around your character.

  2. Rifle:It has a lower attack speed than the Revolver, but its accuracy rate is high and you can see its power with the first shot. One of the useful skills for the Rifle is called 'Tracking'. The longer the casting time, the stronger the skill becomes. And another worthy skill is called 'Disarm'. It can divest an enemy's weapon even if he is far away. And the last one is called 'Wounded Shot'. The bullet hereby penetrates enemies, damages them and can make them bleed.

  3. Shotgun: Its attack speed is very low, but the Shotgun is a powerful and special weapon since it is able to cause splash damage. The skill 'Crowd Control Shot' is available for this weapon which causes a concentrated attack on enemies close to you. With 'Full Blast' strengthening its power, it is even possible to fire several shots at the same time. And with 'Spread Shot', you can expand the extent of caused damage.

  4. Gatling gun: This weapon is an expert for wild and successive shots. If you want to reach the highest attack speed, you should go for the Gatling Gun! Its power is not overwhelming, but it is able to hit enemies as fast as the Assassin's Sonic Blow! Among the skills of this gun, 'Gatling Fever' is the one that improves its attack speed and maximizes its damage.

  5. Grenade launcher: A truely terrible weapon that does credit to its name 'deathblow'. Its destructive power is shocking and you can attack quickly with it and even fall into an abnormal condition. 'Gunslinger Mine' is a skill similar to the Hunter's trap. Having fired on the ground, enemies will receive damage as soon as they step on those zones. And they can get poisoned or stunned with this skill. Use those tricky effects wisely!

  6. Other skills - Gunslingers can use various supportive and offensive skills by tossing coins. When you want to increase your accuracy rate or decrease a monster's defensive power, you have to use the 'Coin Flip' skill. As described, this ability can support the Gunslingers' main skills. The more coins you gather, the more powerful the skills become. You can combine fun with powerful effects at the same time!

Description: Flip a coin. If it lands showing heads, the caster will gain 1 golden coin, and if it lands showing tails, the caster will lose 1 coin. The caster can gain maximum 10 coins, and the skill's level affects the chance of landing showing heads. Spends 1 zeny for each use.

Description: Spend coins to attack an enemy as well as decrease the enemy's defense. Casting this skill can spend up to 5 coins. Spending more coins will increase enemy defense reduction. Additional Costs: SP-10


Skill Name:Triple Action
Skill Form: Offensive
Condition: Flip the Coin Lv1, Single Action Lv1, Chain Action Lv10
Description: Spend 1 coin to deliver 3 blows to an enemy in one attack. Costs SP-20


Skill Name:Bull's Eye
Skill Form: Offensive
Condition: Flip the Coin Lv5, Single Action Lv5, Tracking Lv10
Description: Inflict a great amount of damage onto a Demi-Human or a Brute monster. This skill consumes 1 coin to deal 500% damage of a normal attack to its enemy, and cast Coma effect by 0.1%. However, Boss monsters will not be affected by Coma effect. Cost SP-30


Skill Name:Last Stand
Skill Form: Supportive
Condition: Flip the Coin Lv4, Single Action Lv1, Chain Action Lv3, Trigger Happy Shot Lv7, Desperado Lv5, Gatling Fever Lv1
Description: Consume 4 coins to activate Last Stand status in which caster has +100 ATK and +20% Attack Speed, but is immobilized for 15 seconds. Gunslinger's Panic cannot be used with this skill.


Skill Name:Gunslinger's Panic
Skill Form: Supportive
Condition: Flip the Coin Lv4, Single Action Lv5, Tracking Lv7, Disarm Lv5
Description: Consume 2 coins to activate Gunslinger's Panic status in which caster has -30 Accuracy and +30 Flee Rate, and receive 20% less damage from long range physical attacks for 20 seconds. Last Stand cannot be used with this skill.
