In this city always prevails a cool wind, because she is diractly located to the sea. Alberta is a port and connected to some other countries which lies over the sea. This connection does make the city to an important commercial centre for goods from all over the world, and so it isn't surprising that you can find the Guild of the Merchant's in the southwest of the town.
