500 years ago the Lighthal Scientific Research Center was founded by an adventurous scientist.

The Rekenber Corporation saw this opportunity to purchase the village at an inexpensive price, removed the village and began to reconstruct this land to form the city Lighthalzen.
When Rekenber Corporation first began construction, the area was so rocky and rough that it was believed to be impossible for a city to successfully develop. Rekenber ignored all criticism and invested a large sum of money to spend on not only city development, but also invented a revolutionary travel system he called the Airship.
Due to the geographical conditions of this area, the Airship was the one and only transportation in the Schwaltzvalt Republic . This greatly aided the business and is largely the main reason why Lighthalzen is now the largest commercial center city of the Republic.
As the city continued to grow, Rekenber founded the Rekenber Corporational Laboratory. He invited many scientists to conduct research for his various projects, and then locked them inside of the laboratory. For their own safety and convenience, the first floor of the laboratory, Regenschirm, was constructed for their living habitats. In addition, there are research facilities, conference rooms, bedrooms and leisure facilities.
The second floor of the laboratory greatly differs from the first. Most of the scientists in Regenschirm are restricted from this floor and are not even aware of the research that is done in this area. Often called the “Life Experimental Laboratory”, this facility is to secretly research the mystery of life. This floor contains research rooms and prisons for experimenting with objects and unknown devices.
The final floor, Waste Storage, is a destruction area. All evidence of prior experiments as well as normal accumulated trash is extinguished here. Sadly enough, there are people who managed to survive the horrendous experiments of the 2 nd floor, only to be left for dead in the Waste Storage division. Ultimately, they all died, however it is said that the spirits of these people haunt this cursed floor.
