euRO Tournament: Grid and schedule (1st Weekend) online

We published the grid and the schedule for the first week end. Please check the article and download the two pdf files.

The grid pdf contains of four pages. Please use the acrobat reader to check it. From round 1 to round 3 it is single knockout. If a team is loosing during these rounds it is out of the tournament. It is planned that the final 8 teams will fight in double knockout like we did in the euRO squad tournaments. A team is not out when it is loosing one fight. It will advance to the looser bracket, but team is out of the tournament, if it is loosing his second fight.
The time schedule pdf contains the schedule for the first week end (June 9th/June 10th). On the first week end the matches of round 1 and 2 will take place. The times are the beginning of the matches. For example if the time for a match is 14:00 CET the match will start at this time. The guilds of this match should enter the tournament server around 25 minutes before the match time (for example: Match time: 14:00; login into the server (13:35 CET)). Additionally we try to doing broadcasts on chaos and loki about the login times and delays. Please beware that delays might happen. The time plan you will see a letter after your guilds name in a match (for example (A)). Your team members have to choose that letter while clicking on an NPC who transfer them to the staging area. A more detailed process description will follow.
