The Prontera Tourism Office would like to apologize for the long time the winners of the mascot and sprite comic contests had to wait for their results. Due to a problem with Fidelity, the NPC where everyone should have picked up their prizes, we unfortuntely had to delay the distribution and with the upcoming events, quests and updates, everything took longer than expected. The PTO and especially Sir Luno regret the inconveniences.

Regarding the issue with Fidelity, we decided to give out further items ourselves.
If you as leaders of guilds that won something at one of the contests had a problem picking up your prizes at the NPC Fidelity, please send an e-mail to poringreporter@euro-ro.net with your Account-ID, the name of the respective guild and the contest(s) your guild has won something at.
The PTO will then verify the submitted data with Fidelity and add the items to your accounts while you are logged out.
