Short maintenance on tuesday

On tuesday, november 13th at 8 CET we will have a short maintenance (1hour). Because of an error a small number of Festival Pumpkin Hats are still ingame. During the short maintenance the stats of the item will set from +3 to 0. The remaining hats will be removed during the weekly maintenance this thursday.
