Regarding the euRO Newsletter

Yesterday, a newsletter was delivered to our users including presents for players who haven't joined their friends in Rune-Midgart for a certain long period of time. Unfortunately, there was a technical problem with the distribution of the newsletters.

Normally, only users who haven't played RO for a certain long period of time should receive the newsletter offering them 14 days of free playtime and the Drooping Bunny headgear which is currently available for purchase in the second headgear bundle. Due to technical issues, all users however received this newsletter. Before we recognized the wrong delivery process, some users who should not have received the offer, did receive it and activated the free playtime for their accounts.
Unfortunately, we have to remove these 14 days of free playtime from the accounts that do not qualify for this offer. As compensation, we still offer these users to collect the announced Drooping Bunny headgear from the NPC Fidelity in the Prontera Tourism Office.
We are sorry for the inconveniences. We also feel very sorry for the users who have already purchased the second headgear bundle and who now have two Drooping Bunnies instead of one. Those users can contact our GM team and have one of the bunnies removed if they wish to get rid of it.
All users who have not yet activated the free playtime yet via the link will see the following message when they attempt to get the playtime:
"Unfortunately, your account does not qualify for the 14 days free playtime. We are sorry for the inconveniences alongside the delivery of the wrong newsletter. As compensation, we would like to invite you to collect the announced Drooping Bunny from the NPC Fidelity in the Prontera Tourism Office."
