The GMs (Game Master/Game Manager) are there to help you. We have GMs speaking different languages. For the three mainly supported languages, you may contact the gm-xx directly, for any other language, we currently provide only english GM-support with "gm-eu".

But our GMs do speak different languages. If you need ingame help, please first contact "gm-eu" (without the quotes) directly in-game by whispering.
Note: Our GMs are not there to help you to level. They are not even permitted to do so.
Also, please first try to solve any problems between players yourself and contacting the GMs should be rally the last resort.
Our GMs for "gm-eu" are (including their rights and the languages they speak):

Additionally, we also have so called "Support-GMs". These GMs provide support in the forum, IRC or Bug-Tracker. They don't have any in-game GM-rights.
