Can i test Ragnarok Online without paying?
Of course. All Player, which have created their account can test Ragnarok with this account for 7 days. After that period of time the account does not need to be canceled. No automatic cost will accumulate. You can decide to pay for playing. When you pay for the first time, you will get 7 additional days free playing time. If you do not want to pay the account will be blocked, but will exists for 180 days.
How long will my account exist, when i stop playing?
After you stop playing you your account will exist for additional 180 days.
Where can I pay?
Please login to the web site. You will find a payment button on the left navigation bar labelled "P2P". If you press the button, you can choose between different payment methods. Please choose one and provide your valid data, for Bankaccount, credit card etc when requested.
What packages are available and what are the costs?
You can choose between 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. We may add more packages in the future.
1 Month - Allows to play the game for one month (31 days) - ¤ 11,95
3 Months - Allows to play the game for three months (93 days) ¤ 29,95
6 Months - Allows to play the game for 6 months (183) days ¤ 57,95
12 Months -Allows to play the game for 12 months (365 days)
All prices are including VAT, which is 16% for now.

For us every month has 31 days.
Is a package with hours available?
Yes. Starting Mai, 17th 2004 you are able to buy 30 hours playtime for 5,95 Euro.

Aside from credit card we provide a special bank account in Switzerland where you can transfer the money.
How can I pay per "Überweisung"?
If you choose "Überweisung", a code will be generated. Please insert that code in the Note field of the Überweisung.
When can i pay?
Anytime, it does not matter, if you pay at the end or in the middle of the month. We automatically extend your playing time on the arrival of any payment.
When can I play?
When we receive your payment, you can start to play immediately. Please also check out the P2P section for more details.
I am under 18 years old.
You have to use "Bareinzahlung", "Überweisung" or "Lastschrift" for Germany. Outside of Germany, you can only use Wire Transfer/Cash Remittence.
Will I receive a message if my playing time is running out?
Yes, you will get an email at least 7 days before the time is up.
